So I'm debating if if I want to stay with the factory strings that came on my new Epiphone Alex Lifeson Les Paul Custom Axcess: Gauge .010, .013, .017, .026, .036, .046 or move to lighter guage strings for when I take the guitar for a setup next week?
Most of my electric guitars are strung with D'Addario EXL120 (9-42) with the exception of both my Epiphone Les Pauls and Gibson Les Paul Special which are currently strung with D'Addario EXL110 (10-46).
I came across the D'Addario EXL120+ Nickel Wound Electric Strings - .0095-.044 Super Light Plus strings, anyone ever try that guage, what are your thoughts?
