Looks like it’s finally coming boys…

“Harsh and in your face“ is what cuts and makes old Marshalls bury other amps in a mix. Hahaaa
I think some of guys that complain about those harsh sounds are maybe just more accustomed to hearing more laid back sounds and don’t like to get out of that box. Some amps though like the SLO don’t really get harsh (more smooth) and also cuts well

I'm not going to say it sounded bad because it didn't. Had a good gnarly thing going. Though that clip did nothing to get me excited about this amp. Channel 1 Uber and Channel 2 Ultra settings sounded good, but everything else sounded a little weak and lacking to me. Personally I think if you're going to go high gain amp leave off the clean & crunch settings and focus on high gain voicings for different channels.

Yeah maybe crunchy tones from a high gain monster amp like this could be left aside, but a great clean channel is essential, to me at least. There is always some clean passages in the heavy songs we play. And live, who wants to bring two heads to a show!!!

In the studio it doesn't really matter, bit for practice or shows...... I need the clean!!!!!!

I don’t like the squish under the notes. Seems Helios inspired which I’ve stayed away from.

It’s a no for me. I feel my 98 would destroy it.

The drop z# cookie munsta tuning that requires 96 gauge strings does sound good...Although id like to hear some semi dist.tones, maybe a few nice solo leads? And I love the drop chugga chugga thing but the amp needs to appeal to standard tuning pickers too, which im sure it will.Still, very thankful he made the time to get a teaser demo out if nothing at all.Im sure more demos to come. Its got my interest anyways, having owned a rev green.

Agreed

Amp sounds okay, name is pretty gay unless It's a mountain dew commercial from 1998

God damn, everybody shits on Reza. At least he makes some demos..... Fuck. This is getting old.
Stop watching his vids if you hate his ways.

The vast majority expect a new boutique amplifier to be gone through with more than chugs. How about different speakers? Solos? Clean sound? Clean to mean volume roll off? Actually using the knobs in their full range?

It’s not much to ask for. We have no choice but to watch his video if he’s literally the only person that has one of these at the moment.

Based on that video I won’t buy one of the ultras. How’s that for product advertisement? If I were Bogner, and I’m not, I’d send amps to people that actually know how to run a unique high quality amp through its paces and also be able to describe what is being heard in the room.

To release a lack luster 8 minute video on it that is a pretty generic whatever recording of a new production model (and bragging about involvement during prototyping on top of that) from a boutique company pisses a lot of us off.

Well it goes like this bruh...if you post videos out in the wild for everyone to see, its open for praise, disgust, questions and critiques. If you can't handle that, which Reza has clearly not been able to handle any of those factors, including praise, then what the fuck is he doing this for other than clout?

Most of us here from what I have seen and experienced, including myself, handle criticism just fine. Its just one persons opinion and sometimes can be eye opening if it hits the heart. Nothing wrong with constructive criticisms.

Also, this is the internet. It will eat you alive if you're a whiney ass pussy, pretty much just like real life does but worse. If you don't know what you're getting yourself into and can't take heat, then guess what, you suck at life. Try harder.
