Here are some that I currently own:

Pre-pro reissue. Amazing guitar.

2016 Music zoo nitro aged. I asked for very light aging. This guitar is fantastic and my favorite. I ordered it new. Took a long time but I got very lucky with it.

Factory EMG. Originally came with black hardware.

Pre-pro reissue. V-trem conversion.

USA pro mod that I got from Curt at Squid Music.

A few that I sold off:

Before

After... This guitar was killer, but the neck was too thin for me. Pearl white color.

This one is the only one I regret selling. Every pickup I tried in it sounded killer. Ebony board too.

Music zoo nitro aged. Looks great, but I prefer maple or ebony necks.

Just had a fret level & setup, 1987' MIJ, EMG-81, Indian Rosewood FB, Basswood body, Killer guitar.

This guitar actually had more than a 1/2 inch of the headstock tip busted off.

I was able to fix it myself.

My current lineup...

These are the cream of the crop of everything I've owned Charvel-wise and I've been through a TON. If I put every Charvel I've sold in this thread, it would span a ludicrous amount of pages! :hys:

The only ones I'd say are on par with these that I sold are the Robin's Egg Blue and White Zoo Nitro Relics I sold.

Got a line on a '07 Zoo Prepro spec Natural (body never painted - just oil finished) that I'll probably buy and paint like the EVH '82 B&Y Entertainment Tonight guitar. Always wanted a grail Charvel B&Y, but the prices are insane :

2010 Custom Shop order painted by Dan Lawrence. Now has a Ti Floyd:

Early '81 legit Prepro:

Legit '81 neck/plate w/re-fin '81 Dimarzio body:

GMW, but as good as the Charvels IMO:

Older GMW body and Musikraft neck, but kickass. Has a cream OX4 PAF clone with black ring now...:

Man, all of those are nice. I had a Demartini Sig that I traded for a Les Paul. I don't regret it because I love the Les Paul but missing having a Charvel.

I played one of the more recent Charvels that I think is made in Mexico and played and sounded awesome!

Here mine. The first and the third are pre serial #. The first one I ordered from Charvel in 1980 and they reversed the colors from what I ordered. Hopefully the only one they did that on which would make it more unique. It also has the matching headstock. The third one was owned by Mick Mars and I think is an 81. It has too me the best neck of all Charvel necks on it, the pointy headstock necks being a close second. . The two pointy headstocks are an 82 and an 83 if I remember right. The black one is a dark olive color if you look real close. And the last one is my only newer one, My crossed swords, which is three years old. Nothing like an old Charvel to me. Great thread. Steven.

So much amazement in this thread.

Here is mine  . Doesn't really count. A project that never got finished.

Here is mine

I was close to buying two different ones of these 7 stringers. Wish I had.

I wish I had too! As soon as I got this one, I tried to buy at least one more but they were gone.
