My current lineup...

These are the cream of the crop of everything I've owned Charvel-wise and I've been through a TON. If I put every Charvel I've sold in this thread, it would span a ludicrous amount of pages!

The only ones I'd say are on par with these that I sold are the Robin's Egg Blue and White Zoo Nitro Relics I sold.

Got a line on a '07 Zoo Prepro spec Natural (body never painted - just oil finished) that I'll probably buy and paint like the EVH '82 B&Y Entertainment Tonight guitar. Always wanted a grail Charvel B&Y, but the prices are insane :

I've had the "real deal", and now the MIM - the import doesn't give up much at all to the Custom Shop model.

I have 4 Pro Mods. 3 USA and 1 MIM.

The TZ comes stock with the SoCal. That pickup is just TUBB CITY in that guitar IMO. I'm also of the mind that JBs sound kickass in a Mahogany/Set-neck guitar like a LP or PRS or Hamer ... but just too scratchy in a Floyd-Strat.

I put a Custom Custom in my SoCal and like it a lot.

That said... a lot of REAL 80s hard rock tones were bright af
