Loudest High Gain Amp????

My Bogner Twin Jet was pretty loud. I don't think I ever moved either master or channel volume past 1:00.
If you are talking 1:00 o'clock that is pretty good.

My Splawn Quick Rod rarely goes over 10:30 and my Rectoverb rarely goes over say 9:30. O'clock.

That's the thing though right? What is loudest and still sounds good or what is stupid loud, ear plugs in, police en route loud?

Looking for thoughts on some of the loudest, high gain amps, you guys have played. By loud I also mean amps that stay put together at extreme volumes. I’ll go first with the deliverance 120, Carstens grace, Cameron ccv, some wizards (there seems to be a theme with mercury transformers). What else you got??
Carstens Grace, SLO 100.

definitely the loudest i’ve owned and heard.
i thought by getting it modded to simul-class i could lower the volume down a little. i was wrong.

being in the room with peter diezel cranking his herbert prototype with 6550s dimed,

and at mojave with victor mason winding up his dirty boy prototype,

was still very stadium level energy.

Not a "high gain" amp really, but one of the loudest amps for it's size/wattage I ever had was one of the old Orange AD30 2x12 combos. That thing was just ridiculously loud. Could bury a lot of much higher watt heads and cabs if it needed to.

My Driftwood Purple Nightmare is loud af. Mesa JP2C is insanely loud and punchy.

I've had many loud amps /lots of mesa boogie mark amps / marshall jmp 2203 100 watts / deliverance 120 ... But the one combo that was insanely loud that always brought me a smile was my mark iic+ slaved into the Strategy 400. Fucking hell that punch was unreal

Loudest amp I’ve had was a Metaltronix M1000. Once I took someone else’s cab and put all the controls on that amp on full. Stadium experience.

Someone mentioned a Rivera K-Tre. I will attest that my KII is EXTREMELY FUCKING LOUD.

I used to have a Randall RGT100 (not the SS RG100). That thing was also ludicrously loud.

AMPEG VL1002 and most old Lee Jackson amps like Metaltronix but also high gain amps from Fryette/VHT

Triple Rectifier?
Randall RG-300?
H&K TriAmp?
Engl Invader 150?
As a Triple owner, yeah, they're fuckin' loud. I cover drums and fill small rooms with it at 9:00 on the master, and the channel masters at about 10:00. I had it up halfway for one gig and it was deafening WITH my earplugs.

I have two 71's, can confirm...
My 74 isn’t that loud with the stock PT and 6550s. This tubes really pull down the B+ and neuter it decibel wise. It sounds great just needs more B+. Dagnall iron during that era wasn’t high B+ like in the late 60’s. Hoping to install my custom PT soon to resolve it.

The K Tre is a monster, so much weight and power behind it. Can get very loud indeed.

Mesa Quad into that Strategy amp they made back in the day. Jeezus.

i would have mentioned the Strategy 500 i had on loan for a while but
A) I never came close to diming that dragon. in the garage on 4 was uncomfortable enough to draw critical acclaim from my dear spouse
B) it’s not a stand alone high gain amp
