I dont think one word has been spoken about the tone of the vid nor anyone questioning Scott's business model

Only person getting beat up a tad is Lynch

Not sure about endorsement but it's a fact he gets his panties in wad when people post anything thats remotely negative that has anything to do with Splawn.

Back in '05 Shreder75 started a post on HCAF about being endorsed by Splawn, and the thread erupted into flames it was kind of funny to witness I admit.

No offense to Shreder.

He actually said he was endorsed by Splawn and started a thread that erupted into flames???? Nooooooooo that would never happen.

George is pretty loyal to his endorsements. I would expect a long and fruitful relationship between George and Splawn Amps.

That statement may cause lots of hacky sacks being kicked to your head.

I never assumed that personally. I'm just going off the language that he himself used, as being an endorsee and looking at his post history on the various forums.

and to clear the record, I do NOT...I pay for everything...

once my sound clips got up on his page, I posted that thread....

Scott then sent me an email asking me not to say that because people would get the wrong idea, i.e. that he gives shit away for free....

I think its great that Scott is getting more and more recognition but a)George isnt exactly bringin it on the Vid and B) George has moved beyond gear slut to pathetic endorsement by anyone who will give him free stuff slut and it never lasts.. The last time I tried the QR, I didnt like it but Id love to revisit it. that Said, Scott is an awesome guy who I respect the hell out of and wish him nothing but the best. I hope this vid helps him sell an assload of amps...

You are endorsed though, if what you posted in 2005 is true unless that has changed. Your post history also suggests that you actively promote his products on internet forums.

I got my panties in a wad when people used to play dog pile on the rabbit when I would chime in on people askin' about the amp....because it's something I own and gigged with for quite a while...you were at the tip of that particular spear several years back on HCAF...

It's tiresome having to explain this once again, but I've said many times that it's not the amp for everybody...

Let's be realistic..how many other people have slagged detractors of their own favorite amp? You act as if I was the only one to chime in when people would talk bad about an amp...

I used to get really worked up about it...being called a fanboi, etc, etc..then I stopped and thought about it and really looked at the situation....

I'm not slamming anything about the axe fx...I've never played one so I can't comment...when I said that it was more along the lines of comparing the bad comments about lynch's playing..I've heard axe fx clips where the tone was great and the playing was complete dog shit...big deal...or where the playing's really good and the tone isn't any good, imo...it is what it is...

this thread was nothing more than something for people interested in scott's stuff and or lynch showing a video of him playing the amp....you're making it out to be more than it is...
