You all know what it is.

Just got this in and the amp crushes. The low end is pretty unreal and the dials are all usable even maxed. Have not had time to dial it in much but I made a quick cell phone clip. My playing probably does not do this amp justice but it is pretty incredible. My first modded Marshall and I am very pleased.

Holy shit. I may end up just picking up one of these heads to have it modded by him.

I've owned 2 monomyth amps and both killed. I miss the 1974 superheated the most. That amp was special for me.

I have been so tempted in getting one of these but I am holding out for the skeleton key.

Congrats. That's a hell of a first

I really like the Hopklins Pandora I have but still want to try a Monomyth. One of the modded Origins will pop up in the classifieds eventually.

Any chance of someone posting a clip that is closer to standard tuning? I'm old and don't tune down past Eb for the most part.

I would. I mean, I did  and the entire process was great. I don't really know him but from our interactions Shea seems like a good guy, his work is really good and idk, easy process and the end results are great.

Ty ty, this was kind of my test run with Monomyth and I would absolutely love to get the Skeleton key. That white Marshall which the SK was based on is probably the best amp I've ever heard in my life. That is THE tone to my ears.

I could do a cell phone clip in C# on a 6 but that is as high as I can get haha. Maybe D.

Man, that sounds great. Let's get together soon, I have been so busy the past couple weeks, I wanna play that mofo!
Hit me up dude. I was compromised previously:lol: but I have the weekend off so I'm sure we could find some time.

That's my amp bro. Further, owning a Monomyth is the only way you can be a real forum member here?

Dibs dude. If you ever get rid of it. I'm not sure if the Skeleton key will house that same tone or not but goddamn I hope it does.

A nuclear warhead doesn't harness that kind of power. Einstein is obviously related to the Monomyth legacy...as for dibs that amp doesn't exist. I cannot confirm or deny a blackops amp at my level paygrade. Congrats on the new amp and welcome to the forum.

Shea is kicking ass on the Pre Tone Stack Master Volume circuits. IMO, there is no better.

Shea is my Bro! He is knocking the bottom out of these.

Marshall seems to not care what the guitarists want. They just through it out knowing millions will go with the proverbial “lad test & greatest”. Long before Victoria took over the JCM 900 & 2000 were a total disappointment to my ear.

I thought the AFD was cool but the YJM & KK with built in pedal circuits? Nah.

Even Zakk gets his ZW’s modded.
You would be surprised what some of we builders learn through customers say like someone who wrote for Guitar Player Magazine. Some really cool stuff snd some not so much.

Keep up the great output Shea.

Honestly, I havent played them all but I have not played a single Marshall that I liked until now. This would happen to be my first "Marshall" amp.

Congrats

You have been on fire lately  Welcome to the Marshall club. Too bad you can't buy a Marshall that sounds like that out of the box.

Shea - see what you've done.
