I used to be a big metal guy up until about 12 years ago when I started mellowing out with my band (and just getting old). My stamina for this kind of playing has certainly faded but it has been fun to get these chops going again. I started a cover of A Life Once Lost - Vulture and thought I would post my progress. I put a placeholder of a solo in there (it will be better in the final mix) and I will add the vocals in there as well. I will eventually put together a video for this but thought I'd share. I used my Fractal FM9 with a modeled PRS Archon and my Tom Anderson Bulldog in drop D.

I'll tighten it up and add the vocals back in once I am ready to put the video together. I should have it posted by the weekend. Thanks for checking it out all!
