Mark IIC+ Reissue with Ola

I'm pretty sure that timer is a direct diss towards Dinesh. 27-28 seconds, DONE. IN YO' FACE! :p

Especially with how Ola looks twice to the camera after it. :ROFLMAO:

But yeah, sounds pretty effin' gnarly here. (y)🤘

If Gibson would have done this people would have been shitting their pants to get one, not cancelling orders.

Ola does make it sound pretty gnarly like it should sound. I'm happy with my MKIII red stripe, but may contemplate getting one later on if prices aren't bad once they hit the used market.

this vid again makes me question where Ola got the king of "making everything sound the same" moniker?? this sounds exactly like what i hear sitting next to mine making the clips i did for you guys a couple days ago, which i figured would be the case when his vid came. i have a couple of those TLM102's, i havent used them on guitars in a while as i use them as my overheads which i dont touch much, next clip maybe ill pull them down

I think it’s an L take that people have, all the amps he demos sound different. Yeah it sounds like Ola playing them but the tone characteristics are noticeably unique.

Because this one doesn’t sound like his usual results. It’s much more distinct and individual. And I fully agree with you that this sounds like an in the room C+. Maybe he didn’t apply his usual post processing method on this quick and dirty clip?

The reason Ola is my favorite youtube guy is he doesn't make everything sound the same. Does his 2c+ clip sound just like the 5150 iconic clip he posted the other day? No.

it sounds like his same technique as always?? why would he just turn off whatever processing, which is another thing i question as i dont know what these magic processors people claim are, just for this clip?? im sure hes not doing his video editing, and i really doubt hes gonna pay an audio engineer to sit and.. make everything sound the same?? what good does that actually do him?? i watched his Iconic EL34 clip he posted yesterday and i think it sounds terrible, and certainly not confusing it for any other amps
