This is true. Mike has allegedly been retiring for a few years now but I think the acquisition and changes are definitely taking a toll on things. With that said, their customer service is still very good and even stressed out, they are helpful. The only person there that I didn't have a positive interaction with was Garey. Not a fan of that one. I'm not sure if he's still there since I haven't been routed to him since 2021.Rich is gone, Mike is not far behind. Even the AR team is not the same anymore.
