MGL Plexi Killer.

Got this last week.
Mark went out of his way to make sure I'd be happy with the build.

This is the Red Circuit Model.
Killer gain that's on par to the Fortin, The EQ goes way beyond what I was expecting,

Small moves bring the tone shaping to a new level. A Lot of gain tone options as well.

Jimmy Burkard does the amp a solid with his demo videos.

Hats off to Mark at MGL.
There is no honeymoon phase with this amp as I trusted him to build me a well thought out plexi killer.
I got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Killer man, I've heard Jimmy's demo but I'd rather hear yours!
 
I need to get over to a buddy's studio, I know this amp would record great.

Almost pulled the trigger a few times myself.
 
Let’s hear it! I got my Makoplex back last week. Would like to compare. Happy NAD.
 
Glad you’re enjoying the amp John! You were a pleasure to deal with. It’s always great to deal with people who know what they want.
 
That amp has had my interest for awhile. Demos all sound killer.
 
I had a MGL50 HG. I still think about getting another one. Awesome amps. Congrats!
 
I have a MGL 50 high gain, v2. Merren formers, NOS Siemens EL34’s.
It’s a killer, like the OP said, lots of range on the eq and gain structure.
Mark at MGL was great to deal with also. Congrats on the new amp, enjoy it.

I'm here baby.
I invited everyone here to a Pheasant/ Buffalo kill at your crib.
You can gut/quarter and drag out the Buffalo unless it wanders onto your patio.
