this guy i worked with had an early bogner amp when those things were the grails, and he raved about landau's shows and his tone so much i went to makin music and bought the first burning water cd and liked it, but once i saw him live it changed the way i heard and approached tone.
it's really amazing how profoundly mike's playing impacts people. i meet players all the time who's eyes glaze over when you mention landau. that's when you know they "know".
