Divide and conquer was my daily sweep practice for months this year . I’m going to bring it back . I see you like great guitarists !
Not a name I see much anymore

He has become one of my top 3 favorites these past few years and he always delivers great riffs and killer leads and he seems to just keep getting better on each new release . His 2 War of the Worlds solo albums are fantastic and I am a big fan of Symphony X. They should be much bigger than they are!

I agree . What’s like his most craziest licks on his solo albums ? And songs I should check out ?

Pickup War of the Worlds part 2 its great start to finish and had Dino Jelisick on vocals as well. . Great place to start and then check out Symphony X Iconoclast and Nevermore those are great, although I will say as much as I love his playing I'm not the biggest fan of his ENGL tone.

Dude fuckin kills it, just discovered his solo albums a couple weeks ago after years of listening to symphony x and they are both insane. Thanks for posting these.

Just about any Symphony X album showcases his talent. Tone/production isn't always the greatest. The older stuff is pretty awesome, the later stuff has better production. The Odyssey is one of my favorites, Paradise Lost, Iconoclast and Underworld are up there. You can't go wrong with any, really.

Twilight in Olympus was one of my first exposures to that more modern style of prog metal back in high school, so it'll always be my number one of theirs. Haven't heard much of his solo stuff, though!

His production skills are not on par with his guitar skills. Older albums are killer, especially before Odyssey.

Those had the worst production. The snare always sounds like a cereal box.

Live On The Edge Of Forever is a good live album.

Love this song off Paradise Lost.. Rippin' lead too, of course.

I favor this one. Best song on the album, IMO. Dino's vocals rule..

As he is such a killer player I am really surprised how many people have never heard of him.
