For me, it was the modded Marshall sound.
I liked my ‘97 Triple Rectifier(that I bought new),
but after 25 years, I didn’t love it. It wasn’t the sound I was after. Sold it, and bought a Bogner Helios which I love.

….and I could have told you that using curtains to clean your ears was not going to be as effective as the Kleenex that were there on the nightstand.

I'm hearing a lot of Marshall in the dual/triple modded Mesa since these came out. Seems like a better platform for a modded Marshall over the Marshall itself.
