harkening back to my early 90’s career days pounding the dark hollywood street shooting rap, playboy and saturday morning kids tv programming,
i envisioned a whammy fuzz delay pedal called the casting couch.

i believe you captured the essence of the casting couch perfectly

the double entendre is that pedals are like starry eyed actresses that are looking for their big break, and are then selected by lunatics, thrown on the big screen (live pedalboard), mashed on and abused, then pulled without warning and cast into the gutter (classifieds).
