My dad and older brother gave me the gift of music too... I miss them too. Dad left us I'm 1999 and my older bro in 2017...

My deepest sympathies for your loss. My old man provided the spark for my interest in guitar so I can only imagine how difficult the past week or so has been for you. Your rig talk brothers are here if you need them. RIP to your pop. ☦️

Sorry to hear that kimg. My dad had his prostate removed late last year and then had 46 days of some kind of laser chemo this spring. Things looked good for a minute but his recent blood tests do not suggest a long future for him.😟

Back in the day my old man said if I could maintain a B average he would buy me a new guitar since I hated the Jag he had let me use. I got C's and D's and my dad still bought me the new guitar anyways. He was disappointed but good thing he overlooked my lack of educational interest since I quit everything I ever laid hands on except the guitar. I can only imagine what OP is going through right now. Someone is cutting some damn onions or something in here...
