My Hermansson is being built! Video clip of my amp

Glorious! The Hermansson is my desert island amp. Straight to #1.

The amp was a beast out of the box, but I wondered what it would sound like at 50W because my favourite amps I've owned have been 50W (Peters Gryphon and Peters GNL). So I removed two of the stock Tung Sol EL34's to take it down to 50W (I halved the ohm setting and re-biased of course) and I liked it at 50W even more than at 100W. It sounded very close to my Gryphon tones.
Then I re-tubed with a quartet of Svetlana EL34's for 100W. And I liked that even better than the stock Tung Sol EL34's at 50W. And then yesterday I pulled two of the Svetlana EL34's to take it down to 50W again, and that's where it'll stay. It sounds exactly how I want it now. It's my old growly Gryphon tone, but tighter. Exactly what I wanted out of my GNL when it replaced the Gryphon, only the GNL didn't quite get there. The Hermansson nails it.

I'll try to get some clips up early this week. :thumbsup:

Hell ya . So excited . You make any new videos or clips ? The clips of the Peter’s sounded great so I’m sure your clips of Hermansson does
