Sounds great! I too run an M4 through a 20/20 into a 1x12 (or sometimes a 4x12, but for most gigs I just use the 1x12 . . . ). I use an Eventide Eclipse and a SoundSculpture SwitchBlade, but for the $ the G-system should give great FX and decent routing/mixing options.

What are you planning on using the BBE Sonic Maximizer 882i for?

Well the BBE is to clean up the overall output but I have heard mixed reviews. The youtube vids are impressive but some say the unit is unnecessary if you have a good sound guy. Some gigs my sound guy is a pro, some he's a high school kid. So I thought I would test drive it and throw it back on ebay if I dont like it.

The 112x Cab is just for home so I can practice with the rig and get to work setting all my patches etc. without having to use phones. I will run direct into the house PA through the red box (and a dummy load) when I play out.

You won't need the BBE man. I used to run a BBE 482 in my rig...but after I got the Egnater stuff...I don't need it at all...it's just that good! :)

Congrats! You will love the M4.

Which modules did you get?

Truth be told I ordered three modules (at Amp Lounges suggestion) - BMAN, T/D, VX

Frank suggested I test drive the two Fender modules and send back the one I don't want. Pretty cool.

Down the road I will probably have them both and leave the final slot for something with more drive...maybe the ERECT or the COD. Not really into the super high gain lead stuff. But I was impressed with one of the clips on the SL2x

Start this video at 2:10 and the tone is incredible (Neck and middle single coils combined...)

Nope..not with a good power amp man. With the RT2/50 I have NO NEED for a BBE 482 anymore. With other preamp / power amp combos I did....not with the M4 setup.

I kinda figured that would be the case but for $150 shipped (for the 882i) I though I could test drive it and sell it if I was not impressed. I'll post up when I do.

Read the last line of my signature...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

You know I have that feeling that Egnater is just going to be IT for me - everything else obsolete. I just have that sense that this is going to be a great experience. But my only real life experience with the brand so far is a rebel 20 we just got at church a couple weeks ago...which sounds phenomenal. I'll take a rebel 20 module please

I am glad I was able to match an Egnater cab to this whole rig for my home use...the next couple months are going to be great.

The hardest part is waiting for my guitar to be built - 10/2 is the estimated build completion.

Those are good ones to have. The VX module is amazing.

Your last paragraph = famous last words! The modules are really quite versatile and you would be surprised how some of the high gain ones clean up, too.

Welcome to the club.

I too bought an M4 a little over a year ago. Now I have 2 M4's a Mod50, Mod100, 2 RT2/50 amps, 10 modules and looking to get 2 more (MHG,SL2X).

I have the G system and 2 M4's together with a GCX switching system, Great setup.

I also had a BBE Sonic I used with my Mesa MK III and now it sits on a shelf unused along with the Mesa.

Now Im "addicted" to Egnater cabs. Need 2 TM212's and a TM410

ALL I WANTED WAS JUST AN M4 !!!!!!!!

There is a plus to all of this....I am almost caught up buying all the Egnater stuff I can find   the end is closer   then there will be the E2 and the 1 space amp.

The E2 and the 1 space amp is exactly what I needed. I figured the M4 with two mods and room to grow might be the best move right now (especially if I do get the gear bug). I went with the mesa 20/20 for now as a one space - plus it's a great amp.

As for the gear bug - yeah I'm on TC's site looking and the nova drive pedal - Hmmmm. $209 shipped on ebay. Yeah I have not even hooked up the G-System yet - its just sitting here waiting for the M4 to arrive.

Hey the G-system's not going anywhere! I sold the triaxis to keep the G. I was thinking about adding the nova drive pedal into the loop. Wont be doing anything until I hear what I've got so far.

I was just kidding ...but i'm looking for one...jlbaxe won't sell me his!!! hahaha :)

Man the week I put it up for sale I was BROKE, had auto insurance, football gear for my kid, dropped the Iphone and broke it,no gas, and 2 out of 3 trailers needed there tags renewed and had no more work for the guy that works for/with me. I had someone interested and had it packed ready to go and then nothing. Now all of a sudden the work and checks are picking up again, right after my wed bump.

Myself, if I had a dollar for every time I told my wife "I think the rig is complete now"...

And told myself that too!! :)

Time to SHUT UP AND PLAY! :)

That is where I am at now. Went thru TONS of modules. Down to 4 Customs.
Now focusing on playing. After years of GASSING. I am actually "PRETTY HAPPY" playing!
But yes the MTS is a sickness in its own. Get used to it. The Gas bug here is nothing like any other amp out there.
