Had some more time to experiment with this beast - I freaking love it/ Those low gain settings work so well with my splawn 412
I was going to say... That sounds more like it..I got 1000 euros + the Ceriatone
To be honest I am really impressed... I did a back to back 2C+ / tremoverb and the 2C+ sounds cool of course but much boxier at the same time. The Tremoverb is just a ballsy and aggressive beast but it doesn't do the Marshall-ish / Friedman thing the Leviathan does. Not only is it a keeper but it's one of the most versatile amps I've ever had. There are so many switches + 3 channels - tones for daysFrom here the clips all sound pretty killer! Good job man!! How's the feels compared to the Mesas?
Fricker is overrated.I like ceriatone but i think they catch too much flack for what they do when a lot of other companies get a pass. There have been a few occasions when I think there was discussions on amp builds that I think that if they did it, would basically kill the company cloned.
I've actually seen an instance where they had cloned an amp and another company used their layout(model t) and put it out and all those youtuber guys like Glenn Fricker, Ryan Bruce etc were gushing over it. I know it wasn't Nik's design or anything but those guys would all turn their nose up if it was a ceriatone.

Boy, isn’t this the truth. It’s a lot of smoke and mirrors. The opposite is true as well. There have been builds by DIY guys that rival most famous builders/companies. And fanboys crap all over them because they're "nobody". Then Ceriatone turns around and copies those and puts out a new model from a DIYer's schematic, and suddenly it's an amazing amp because Nik created a production model from a schematic on the web.
What most people fail to realize is... a resistor is a resistor and a capacitor is a capacitor and a length of wire is a length of wire. If Jon Smith solders a 47K resistor to a 0.022uF capacitor, its the same as if [FAMOUS AMP GURU] did it. There's no magic pixie dust transferred.
If more people learned about electronics they'd be utterly shocked and very disappointed by what they'd discover 'under the hood' of their favorite boutique amps... They think they own a Ferrari, but pop the hood and there's a Honda Civic engine looking up at them.
One more this time channel 3
really nice and versatile amp! Splawn 412 T75/ Blackbacks X patternThis is my next ceriatone. Just came up on your clips while researching the amp. Great videos!
Which cab is it actually driving? Guessing splawn with small blocks.
Either way shit sounded nice
