Thanks. I try to make a clip in standard tuning.Thats a lower tuning than I'd ever use, but it still sounds sick!

It's @thegame inspired, I learn from the Greatest.Btw great title
Jap. And that was straight in. I had all the knobs pulled. When you push them all in, maybe except for the Depth aka Attack, which has something to do with the Negative Feedback i believe, similar to the modern channel of the Rectifier, and crank the Fuel to 8, or 10 and leave all other Pots as they are, it really thickens up and you can boost it like crazy. Where's @Dino 939 when you need him?Fuck me!
Def has the Recto vibe
The Amp is absolutely fantastic.Sounds so pissed off. Love it.
Thanks.Congrats! I have myself a Hot Chili and High Octane. Great amps. Some of the very few recent made amps that do not suck
Not sure what the octane mod is meant to be, but it sounds like a just a good modded JCM800 in your clip, while my High Octane amp sounds like a recto without much Marshall flavor in it
Yes those 2 production amps. No clips currently, but it’s literally the same exact octane from Reza and Lenz’s clips. Is your octane mod the same circuit then like my octane amp? Thanks.
You got both? That's cool. Do you have clips?
Never played his Octane, but he said he can put exactly the same Circuit like the Octane in the 2203x.
Jap. That's what he said.Yes those 2 production amps. No clips currently, but it’s literally the same exact octane from Reza and Lenz’s clips. Is your octane mod the same circuit then like my octane amp?
I've since added one more capacitor to make the top end a bit smoother with the Octane circuit. I changed that while working on the 3 channel prototype. There are also some differences in the filtering with the modded Marshall.Yes those 2 production amps. No clips currently, but it’s literally the same exact octane from Reza and Lenz’s clips. Yes. It's got it all you can ask for.Sounds exceptional in the standard tuning clip. It’s a bit hard to tell in the low tuned one.
I just uploaded another Clip with many really amateur-like pinch harmonics towards the end.Sounds great, lad. I believe I was promised pinch harmonics though!
The Amp (or the Mod, in my case) is amazing. You gotta go for it.I am in the process of ordering an Octane, just gotta get the invoicing sorted out (it’s a me problem). Definitely looking forward to it even more now!
My non technical understanding of it is: they all use tubes, resistors and capacitors. It ain't rocket science. But you can't make a Fighter-Jet into a Formula 1 car.Sounds great. I have an octane build. My understanding is it was based on a modded mesa? So it’s interesting to see in a 2203. It makes me wonder what’s going on with the mod that it can be done in a Marshall.
