nice combination of tone machines c-slice!
very similar to my current stereo pedalboard amp choices--great minds think alike:cheers:

(and you'll have to forgive me for butchering that one clean chord:hys:--it's like drawing a moustache on the mona lisa!!)

I'm Buzzed! Sounds great!

Wow killer setup congrats!!
I feel like it’s heads above what Marshall offers as a reissue.
I find that an interesting quote from you since i value your opinion.

After the 37 years of amp owning, I always deviate back to the originals, ie Fender and Marshall.

But am always curious as to how close the Marshall clones come.

I’ve seen gut shots of the SL68 and it’s closer to the original 1959 circuit than Marshall’s take on it IMHO - John did a good job to retain period specific theory, without deviating to modern circuit changes/components too much. I’ve heard SL68 that someone took even further with NOS mustards and it’s insane how much better sounding than marshall’s take on a 1959 circuit is. I respect a 1959 reissue as a good platform for modifications but respect an SL68 even more when true representation of the circuit is intended. Recap it with NOS mustards and it’s mind boggingly precise to old 60’s stuff.
