This makes me wonder : any one try the Fortin Jvm ?

I have one. It is the 210, not the 410 mentioned here. Believe it was part of the Fortin/Ralphie venture. It was my main gigging amp for years as I needed the versatility. Needed a clean - clean, edge of clean, super chunk. Switched patches/channels/modes through midi using my FX8. Great setup for me although the loop is a bit fussy.

Don’t know what the mods are, no extra external switches or now, amp looks stock from outside appearance.

I had a Voodoo modded JMP-1 preamp that I thought sounded great. It had already been modded before I bought it, so I don't know how it sounded before. It at least wasn't noisy like I'd heard the stock ones could be.

I think MM makes great transformers, but I'm not sure I want one in the output section of a Marshall. I had an original JVM410HJS that I foolishly sold, and later on bought another one that had been upgraded to MM iron, and it seemed like it was missing something. Granted, there are a lot of other variables that could account for the difference. IIRC though, the 100w JVMs were using the same OT as the 2203x, and I don't think the MM have the same character to them.
