I've been battling this shit all week,just put an insulated and sealed garage door and need to do some sealing up myself and a bit more drywall and foam

We put some roll out egg carton foam on the walls then covered that wall with some shag carpet.
It acutally sounds GREAT in there now....
Remember...I play in a 30X40 Pole building that the back end is converted to the man cave....
So I am fighting a losing battle...
But its really come A LONG WAY the past few years.
