Or...how about a Diezel rack mounted, midi-controlled pre-amp that has the Einstein, VH4 and Herbert tone circuits with a Diezel stereo rack mounted power amp

I would KILL to have a Diezel power amp.

Just curious: What are the speakers in the rearloaded cabinet under the VH4?

A 2-3 space (3-4)channel diezel preamp would probably be a smash hit for sure: you could then match "your own" poweramp preference to the preamp...and I agree, an actual circuit of herbert( w/mid cut),vh4 and einy, plus any new cicuit peter has up his sleeve would be a great preamp indeed....make sure it has 1/4" switching, as well as midi channel switching, rear inputs and 2 outs...( with the bogner fish gaining new interest again, and a possible preamp from elmwood coming, this would be the time to jump in)....I'll be puttin in the order for one for sure
