After about a two year wait I finally got my Marshall 1960AX cabinet w/ greenbacks.
Of course there was no casters in the box, and it’s supposed to come with casters, so zzounds gonna send me casters.
I like it better on a dolly anyway.

Both the Suhr SL67 and PRS HDRX sound great thru it. I’m running both cabinets together at the moment and it just sounds huge.

I narrowed down a head choice for this cab.

Either the Friedman JEL 50 or a Bad Cat. Let me know what you think.
 
HNCD! What Bad Cats are you looking at? I have a Lynx and a Hot Cat.

Also, this is making me want to buy another 4x12. :LOL:

Actually looking at both! The Bad Cat may be a better fit cause I'm more a hard blues/rock player. Both sound great from what research I did. Plus 1K cheaper than the JEL 50.

I'd probably go Hot Cat based on that.

How do you like the HDRX 50? I was looking at those before I picked up the Hot Cat, but there are only a handful of YT demos on it.

The HDRX is great with pedals. That a how I use if.
If you wind if up with an attenuator, it doesnt distort like the Suhr SL67 or a 1987x does.
The tone controls don’t respond like a typical Marshall, it’s more like a HiWatt.
