New 5150?

Man I thought I was the only one. I don’t like the sound of any of the fender versions. They just sound anemic.

Gotta admit, I'm with you guys...I've had 2 5153 50s and 1 Stealth 100 6L6. I had the mids WAAY back on all channels, like 3 at most...too much.

That's a deal....but okay...when I was living in twin cities in 1997, I went to a local shop and bought a new 5150 head for $585. That was awesome!

Around the year 2000, I bought a 5150 head & slant cab $400 and both were only about 2 years old. That was probably the best deal I’ve ever gotten in a gear transaction.
