Death metal band logos are stupid! :ROFLMAO:

At least back in the day, you could actually read them.

New Pissgrave from next month's full length to be released on the 21st - Malignant Worthlessness

This is the album I have been most excited for in the last few years. I am upset that they're saying it's the last one though.

Yeah man, I'm stoked for this to be released too but hoping that if they do call it quits after this last in the "trilogy" is released that we get some new band out of it, at least.

New Ancient Death from their upcoming full-length due out in April

New Whitechapel album is out. Not sure exactly when it dropped, but it just popped up on my Spotify. I'll give it a listen at some point.

New EP from Houston's Imprecation - these were all recorded with Ruben Elizondo (Rest In Peace, brother) and in tribute to him...mixed and mastered by Harris Johns.

David Herrera: "This recording began as a 7-inch titled “Wretched Majesty” in 2021. Ruben Elizondo entered the hospital with COVID a couple of months after tracking the drums and keyboards. After a month-long battle, he succumbed to complications from the virus on August 29, 2021. We had “Wretched Majesty” and “Fire Salvation” started, but with Ruben gone, the future of the band was uncertain. A year passed with these two songs on the shelf. Our engineer Mike BBQ called me and stressed the importance of finishing what Ruben started. He was right. There was work to be done. I contacted Milton, and he reminded me that there were two more songs that Ruben had written for a future record and that he would like to record them. We decided as a band that it would be a tragedy to let those songs disappear into nothingness. We then unanimously agreed to approach longtime friend and supporter of Imprecation, Matt Heffner, to complete the journey. While he was reluctant to fill the role of a drummer he admired, Matt understood the importance of finishing Ruben’s work and accepted the position. We entered Audio Alive Studios to capture “Cursed Into Black” and “Daemonium” with Matt behind the kit. We felt that this record needed more songs to make a statement, so we included the original unreleased version of “Devil’s Furnace” from the “In Nomine Diaboli” sessions. We also wanted to include a song, “Ancient Portals…” from our long unavailable split with Blaspherian as a tribute to Wes Weaver, another fallen warrior from the Imprecation family. While digging around in Ruben’s rehearsal recordings, we stumbled upon a CD of intros and outros that included a solo drum performance. We named that piece “Vomitum Tempestas”, with the idea of ending this record with Ruben playing into the hereafter. This is our tribute to him."
