They're a little more costly than some of the other brands coming from the same factory, but I think they get shipped to their place in Australia to be inspected and setup. Haven't come across a bad one yet. I think a lot of it has to do with that step. Not normally into glossy, but it's like ice skating with how smooth and flowing everything is between the neck and fretwork with the setup. Bridge pickup is a bit lo-fi thin in a weird, but good way. Almost seems ambient on it's own. Like a very light and subtle shimmering reverb. Not sure how else to explain it. I think it may be an effect of the stainless frets, tbh.
