I'm just kinda looking into them, cos i want the classic guitars without the classic price (i play more 80's stuff to be honest)... I hear the LTS (nitro) ones are better though.
Meh, I'll probably chance one anyway (not the same model as yours was), lol. EDIT: not like there's much competition here in the UK at that price anyway... a gibson les paul studio is like twice as much... a standard is like 3 to 4 times as much... even gordon smiths, which are good value here, are like twice as much for the LP-standard type models...

I had the E-LP-105CE in black. It just felt and looked very cheap. The inlays were the worst looking I've ever seen on a guitar, the knobs looked like something Fisher Price would make, and it just didn't feel like a quality guitar. The Burny LP I had crushed it IMO.
