I had a RG3003H and it was alright, but it dialed in a lot differently than an old RG100ES, it's a different sounding amp for sure. It's more compressed sounding as well and absolutely needs a boost to get any decent sounds out of it, the low end is really flubby. Has more gain than a old RG though.

After chasing Dime's tone every other amp they could get ok close sounding but only a vintage Randall RG100ES or Century nails his tone IMHO! I had two RG100ES at one time and I'm now down to just one from 1988.......if ya want Dime's tone that's the amp!

Congrats on the new RG100ES! Sounds great in the clip!
 
I wanted to ask you if you could reamp a track with the RG100es so I can compare it to three plugins that I have, amplitube 4, 5 and the Solidus Randy 250. Just because no one has made a comparison and since I've tried them they don't sound similar with each other with the same IR. Could you do a reamp for me please? 🙏. Also, if you could include the Century 200 would be awesome!!. (PS: This is just because I don't want to gas a 100es hahaha)

i dont know how to reamp, i dont think i have what i need to do it but ill see whats up, if i do ill help yah out

Its a wav file with just random riffs from Pantera, i would be cool if you reamp it without a noise gate (so i can check how the harmonics behave and the dive bombs) and with the preamp out of the RG100es (As the output instead of a microphone) so that way i can use my own IR to compare it :)

Also, if you could add the Century that would be really awesome so we can check how those two amps compare to each other!! :D
