I've thought about getting an oversized Bogner 2x12" many times and trying to gig with that, but I haven't been real happy with anything less than a 4x12" cab for years. It kinda sucks, because it is a pain in the ass to carry one of those up the stairs, stuff it in the back seat of my car, carry/roll it into the club, etc... But the tone is worth it for now.

I am just trying to figure out which amp will be forsale in the next 3 months.

But........
Love the Tele, it just needs a date with the router for a humbucker and Floyd!!!!
NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do have a design for a custom Tele in my head, though. No Floyd, but it does have a bucker in the bridge. I'm going to use that computer design website to make a picture of it sometime. I'm going to build it at some point.

.. oh, and a beret
LOL! I would love to add a 335 to the collection. I don't have much time on those guitars, but I know I just NEED one.

The VHT cab is darker (that surprised me), has more lows, less mids, and is definitely much tighter sounding. The Marshall cab is just like you'd expect, more "vintage" sounding with "mushy" lows and more mids. By "mushy", I don't mean bad. That "give" feels great when playing and sounds good for hard rock!
But yeah, the Peacemaker sounds like two different amps through these cabs! Also remember that the Marshall is a slant and the D412 is a straight.
