New to me: '79 JMP Cameron Aldrich

Have only had one other Cam in the past. Never fell in love with it. This is much more my speed. Not sure that I've ever had anything better for high gain marshall tones.

Not a whole lot of options on this and honestly doesn't need them. Basically two gains, and a depth knob on the back. No loop. Nice and simple. Not going to do great classic rock tones. I've found it best to just dial it in for a killer high gain tone and roll back the volume for anything more classic.

Probably dialed in too much gain this morning but was a good time so...

Sort of. Definitely have had the same setup multiple times in the past. This is a different thing but a boosted OG is always fantastic

Does it have the squishy feel that sets my Cameron apart from others?
 
Dude that thing sounds great, I’d love to mess around with that in drop C/drop B.
