No Clarence Thomas thread?

An unwritten self ethics rule.
That's the point. Zero accountability.

If this was Kagen and a long time billionaire donor to liberal causes you'd be screaming bloody murder - and you know it.
:gethim:

😁
I guarantee you Kagan, Breyer and RBG are/were all guilty of the exact same thing. The difference is CT pissed off the very vocal minority, woke cancel idiots with the abortion thing and the Bruen decision so the left is trying to take him down. The need for expediency is because thanks to the bad orange man the liberals will be in the minority on SCOTUS for years and years to come.

You got any links to the bombshell reporting of any examples?
You're playing a variation of the 'whataboutism' game.

The only justice in the news right now is Thomas - and he has himself and his wife to blame.
No conspiracies.

For starters, being "Reported" is absolutely no barometer of what the truth is. Hence the Russian collusion hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop story, Hillary and the classified emails, etc.. What gets reported in this country is only what fits the narrative of the left and the democrats. Shootings only make the news if it's a white cop killing a black man or if it can somehow be spun by the media lapdogs to be evidence of the need for yet more gun laws. Maybe 2.5m times a year in this country an armed civilian stops a crime. That never gets reported. In fact the CDC colluded with the current white house to specifically NOT report that.

Second, I am willing to bet you were calling for Trump's head over the classified document scandal and I'm also willing to bet Grampy Joe having a shit ton of them in the garage by his Camaro, you considered a "Nothingburger".

And for your information, about 2 years ago I (correctly) predicted at least one, or a spate if necessary, conservative SCOTUS justice scandal. You guys are easy, predictable and boring.

Learn the phrase "willful retention". That will clear up some of your confusion.

You don't need to break a law to get fired from ANYWHERE.

EDIT: Walk around work tomorrow calling people fags and dykes and cunts and n......s. See what happens. Go tell your boss one of the bidders on a contract you are awarding gave you a new Corvette. Hey, it's a legal gift, right?

Don't be intentionally obtuse. Thomas needs to resign. Plain and simple.

Fact is, Thomas never should have been confirmed in the first place.

During the time of his confirmation hearing, most people with their brains wired in correctly, found it appalling that someone with credible unresolved allegations of sexual harassment would gain a Supreme Court seat.

The confirmation hearing itself was a God-damned shameful circus that did irreparable damage to the institution

Judges whose ethics, competence, and / or probity are reasonably in question, should plain and simply not be seated on the SCOTUS

Thomas has benefited from lack of precedent in removal of SCOTUS justices.

I speculate that no SCOTUS justice shall ever be removed, for the duration of the institution as it stands; there is simply too much inertia and a well-founded fear of establishing a culture of constant challenges to justices

What really should happen, in my opinion, is a revision of the confirmation process so that judges of poor character or low competence are not seated in the first place

Unfounded rumors should be criteria for dismissing prospective justices ? Let me go out on a limb and guess you think Kavanaugh should not have been seated either.
