Zuckerberg said yesterday that facebook will remove any posts promoting C-19 cures. He specified that you can discuss allopathic treatments, but all alternatives will be removed.

That makes Google and Facebook and Editor and no longer compliant to the exemption granted under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. They can no longer claim to be an open platform.
