Well, for what you're discribing, a HG Jose would be the ticket. My XTC sounds simular to my Jose though, but the XTC has a hell of a lot more options and posibilities. You can use one channel in Plexi mode and boost it and have a really good boosted Marshall tone. Then hit the red channel and have the thickest and chewiest lead tone you could ask for. And on and on and on. But the Cameron can do everything to, just not on the fly. If I could only have one setting, one tone, all the time, it would be my Jose.

you already said it Marshall tone, get a real Marshall 1982 maybe 83 or earlier, I already got them
