Anyone get any pics of find out any info on the silverburst Explorer?

Yep. I saw a picture on a Gibson forum earlier and had my friend take a closer picture for me while he was there. From what I have heard it's
the Deathklok Explorer. Here's a link I found on Amazon to preorder it. At least I'm assuming that they are one and the same. I look forward to finding out more.

OH FUCK! The Explorer has a bound neck! Oh man...I need some cash. I just bought an Explorer damnit..

Ya, I was just going to find an old '85. The kind withOUT pickguards. And customize it to look similar to this with all chrome hardware.

As cool as that would be, I'd not do it because of the rarity of the '84-85 Explorers w/o the pickguard. There's very little of them as it is.

Damn that would be cool though. The only thing wrong with the one above is the guard. Would look better with a white guard, and even better without.

I just bought an original Agile Ghost in white. Well, I still have to pay it off, but it'll be here soon. Got it from Zackman here at RT. Been hounding him for it for 3 years! Finally sold it to me :).

Hey, i am also interested in searching this type of site for the general discussions..

At LAX getting ready for wheels up. NAMM was great! Have lots of pics I will upload tomorrow when I get off the road. The new Diezel Herbert MK 2 was amazing, all new tweaks with more mid range better clean and crushing gain as we are used to with Herb. The Limited blue face VH4s sounded amazing as well, not sure what Peter did differently other than the switch to EL34s but I believe he of tweaked the design a bit.

Steve from 39 Stripes and I went through the channels and it killed ask him for his impressions!

Also heard great things at the 3rd Power Booth, those amps are great. The amptweaker pedals were really cool as well and full of cool features.

More to come...

I was supposed to be with the 3rd Power guys for the show this year, but unfortunately I got sick the night before I was going to fly out. Would like to have been there to chat with yah, Brad. Jamie builds fantastic amps. I love mine for sure!

i didnt like the sound of the 5150 III 50 watter in the tone king clips above , they sounded shrill, not the brown tone evh was best known for. Maybe it was just the fact that it wasnt eq d right or just the recording. But i want to try it in person before making up my mind, $999 is a great price for an amp with those features.
