Many years ago I built my best sounding JTM45/100 clone powered by a pair of KT88'S. I sold that amp during a time of financial need and missed it greatly. Well, the gentleman who I sold it to contacted me a few days ago to let me know that he is downsizing and would I be interested in buying it back. I told him absolutely yes!

I'll post more pictures when I get it back...

You can hear it a little in this clip. It's the light crunchy tone at the beginning and background loop. The heavier tone was from a 22 watt 2204 build in a 1x12 combo I built.

Super clean work. Tone is killer. Edge of breakup tones have some SRV vibes.

Killer! I never "got it" when guys would pine for their own builds, but now that I took the jump with my DR103 I absolutely get it.

Those clips are everything I love about jtms

Yep, that was one of my builds...

Yeah, I think I'm getting ready to pull that one of Marketplace and put it back in the stable. After my stroke, I'm re-evaluating my future gear needs and parting with a few amps until I can get back to playing. Not everything, but most of the amps I listed are easily replaceable with the exception of this one. I thought I would throw it out there since I got rid of my Fryette PS-2 but I'm having serious second thoughts though. LOL

Here is a quick clip of the amp with my mega pedalboard:

Killer tones!
What ODs/distortions are on the board and does that amp have a bright cap?

Amp is stock with a 100pf bright cap. The mixer circuit is stock as well with 270k on the normal channel and 270k/470pf on the bright channel. The OT is a classic tone JTM45/100 type that even has the 100v tap. I just capped that off and only wired the 4, 8, 16 ohm respectively...

The OD pedals are Walrus Ages OD for low gain, JHS AT for mid to high gain, and the NUX XTC for higher gain tones. I use the Wampler Germanium Tumnus for boosting when needed...
