OMG: My Salvation mod

I prefer the clips of this to the 'VHT' Terrier i was going to get. So Gene, i think i'll be joining you :lol: :LOL:
 
Great sounding module.

and I gotta hand it to Salvation for making absolutely PERFECT demo clips.

All these demo clips of people just either playing out of tune G chords, or indulgent tapping and wanking... that doesn't give you a sense of what an amp can do.

THIS demo clip does. GREAT clip.

Man I want either a Salvation SLO or Custom 3. Holy Christ those sound good. Does he do the dual channels?!?
 
I got my Salvation XTC today...I like it very much. When compared to stock XTC module, this is tighter, clearer, warmer and smoother. Just what I wanted. I tried it only shortly but was able to dial in good tones. Also, the Shiver mode was awesome with these settings. What a great mid-gain sound! I definitely recommend Anthony's stuff. If you have some spare Randall modules...

He can mod a 2 channel Egnater, but it'd only turn out to be 1 channel, as he only has a Randall.

I bought a randall rectified especially to send off to him! :rock:

You mean it would be 2 identical channels, right?

He told me that it'd just be one channel in the end
 
well if he's only got randall gear on hand, he can't quite work on a dual module.. he'd never hear the B side..
 
Situation is, that Tony didn ´t have dual channel module in his hands yet so he cannot promise something without researching of new Eggie first. And of course has no Egnater head or chassis to tested. Thats all, I think. ..... Casey was faster :)
Any ideas? ;)

Even if it was the same sound on both channels after the mod that would be fine! Sad to hear that it becomes a single channel module. :(

But many of salvation mods are dual channel, only different way than Eggies.....
Not remote switchable, but you can switch by hand....... ok not so efficient for live show, but this is price of single channel design.

SLO (crunch / overdrive)
Mandarin (clean / dirty)
Terrier (logain / higain)
XTC (Ectasy / Shiva)

If lots of us get him to do mods on Randall units, maybe he could spend the money on an M4 or a Mod 50

Then he will be able to do the dual mods (and world domination will be within his grasp) :thumbsup:

But there is some of us who don't have Randall modules to send him!!! I only own dual channel modules... I need to get some cheap Randall modules off of ebay to send him. That Custom 3 and Ubersonic and the new Wagener module looks way cool.

Well - i'm planning on a custom 3 and a salvado (may now opt for the Wagener) as soon as some modules arrive from Canada that I bought from a seller on Grailtone.

Also need to get a Brown Eye and a proper Brahma mod from Dave Friedman -,so it will be mods aplenty soon
