Opinion: 2 1x12"s or 1 2x12"

I totally agree man. For $600, I'd just have Mojo build me a cab TO MY SPECS!!!! Get speakers...and then get a mic-eliminator. That way you are 100% you are getting what you want.
But I agree man..get a TM212 for cheaper...get a Mic elim for $80...and be done with it. If you get a router...installing the thing is easy.

Thanks guys, sounds like a plan. I can get the Randall 212 for $500 though. 
Seems like a good deal, now.
Maybe I will just get the TM100. Jeff also said I'd be crazy to get the Mojo when the TM is the same thing and cheaper. I thikn it would also match well with a Randall RM100 if I buy one of those.

I will probably be selling my both my 112x's and my 212x. The 112x's are very tight sounding with very little bottom end, for me anyway. And the 212x is very loose souding with too much bottom end. Again, for me. I know I could easily change the speakers but there's also the issue of the cabinet size. The 212x is too big, and the 112x's are too small. Yah, I'm a whiny bitch.
I really like the look & size of that 2x12 Caralona Cab at Indoor Storm, but holy shit, are the speakers gold plated? $659.00 ??!!!! If I wanted to waste money on a cab, I'd buy a Bogner.
As of right now I'll be going with an Avatar or Mojotone cab, maybe even a couple of each.

Having owned a Avatar, TM212, a Mojotone cab..I'd recommend the Mojotone ones man.
I love my Mojo 1x12. I had them custom made for me. They sound GREAT!
I think I'll get someday a Mojo 2x12 also down the road.

Don't get me wrong, I really liked my Avatar 2x12s. But I did a shootout between my Vintage 2x12, my TM212, and a Ear Candy Buzzbomb all 3 with 1 CL80, 1 G12T75....and the TM212 really filled the room more. Yea Eric, I am really not digging the look of the Randall. I am torn between the TM or Mojo. The Mojo is 1 inch deeper and 1 inch shorter but overall has larger interior volume.

What dimensions you looking for? I have a mint Ear Candy Boa, not to be confused with the Buzzbomb. This is a more traditional 212 - 28"x18"x12". very tight and solid. I am seeling if interested because I want an Egnater cab.
Probably stupid since this was made for me. Better catch me before I keep it!
Let's see if my wife is cool with 3 cabs!

Hey Klark if you decide to sell the 212x cabs send me a pm. I was thinking of a TM412 for my dry sound but might just stack the 212x cabs. No hurry I'm shooting for a Mod100 or RM100LB and a dual mod done to it. Plus I just bought BadBrads TM212 a few weeks ago. WHEW!

I installed the Mic Elim using a Jig Saw. The height is good just needed to take the width out about a quarter of an inch each way. Just cut the tolex with a razor knife and jig saw slow with a fine blade.
