OT and Old: But XBOX360 vs. PS3 Which to buy?

PS3...In the long run ( if you want a HD player or blu-ray) 360 doesn't come with one. And various other stuff. I read a really good comparison article and the PS3 will rape 360 in 2008.

Let me guess, the explanation was Sony saying that in the future, they sent someone back in time with the unlimited power of the PS4 to tell us the future of the PS3 and how well it is going to do?

There is nothing new or major for the PS3 in 2008 to suggest that it will be any better than it already is.
Its well behind in sales to the WII and 360. In fact Sony is getting RAPED, GAPED and A2M by Microsoft and Nintendo as we speak

Seriously....nothing is going to happen in 2008 for PS3 to stop getting raped by the 360 and Wii.
Their only chance to even stand a chance at closing the GAPE....I mean gap, between the PS3 and Wii/360 is to lower their prices....but that would mean losing more money and still wouldnt guarantee that they would catch up to the 360 and Wii in sales. I've read all kinds of FUD from blu boys who post and print crap on the web about blu ray and PS3. If you read it on the internet...IT MUST BE TRUE!!!!

i believe each system has its reasons to buy, it just depends what you prefer. ive always had a playstation (call me a fanboy if you so wish) and am in no way a gaming nerd. i must say, the ps3 IS expensive, but it all depends wether you want to pay more for the games you really want to play. i think both consoles are great, but im gunning for the playstation. i just prefer the games it has to the xbox. i must admit, GOW multiplayer is amazing, and that would be one of the biggest reasons for me wanting to buy one.

i must say though, im not the biggest fps fan on consoles, im more of an RPG kinda guy. for FPS i will always have cs:source, which i still find incredibly fun to play.

I'm not a Sony hater, I own a Sony 55" HDTV.....but I see alot of PS3 and Blu Ray fan boys post all kinds of FUD and crap that other people read and believe and repost somewhere else as the truth. Its ridiculous the amount of misinformation thats floating around. If you want a good laugh, walk into any Best Buy or Circuit City and listen to all the FUD and crap that the idiot sales people have to say about blu ray and hd dvd.
