For REAL modern thrash (Which to me is just thrash with modern production), listen to anything Destruction has done in the last ten years.

People throw the term thrash around a lot. I see a lot of bands on myspace who call them selves thrash (amongst metal, death metal, etc) that don't sound like thrash to me
