OT: WHERE IS WINTER?!?!

So it's over 80ºF outside. I ask you all...where is winter?!?!?!? I've been in 80+ degree weather for basically the whole year now. It's starting to get old.

I'll take the snow and ice, personally. Living in FL for almost all my life, being hot all the time is annoying. Even with the A/C cranked, it's still hot. I'm drenched right now as I just spent the past couple hours detailing my car.

It's around 60 here. I'm cold even though that's pretty warm compared to other places.

Iv been on holiday to FL almost every year since 99, and have been at different times of year. My favorite time to go to FL is May.. i have been in August several times and also in October too. August was nice, but very hot and extremely humid!

I could happily live in Florida weather during May, its great ..not sure wether i could stand living through the really hot months in FL though!

It's not that it gets really hot here (the NE states actually get hotter than FL since we're surrounded by water). It's just that it's constantly hot/humid here. We have no seasons, and it's depressing as hell. I haven't seen snow in probably 10 or so years! It's gotta be one of those "grass is greener" things.

I'm going up to PA on the 20th and will be there until roughly the 27th, so I guess I'll find out.

Yeah thats it, its the humidity that gets annoying!

Speaking of fake snow, I took my kid to a "Winter Wonderland" thingy here locally a few weeks ago - He freakin' loved it. Of course they were pumping the shit out like madmen since it only stayed frozen for a few seconds... Muddy, sloppy disaster if you ask me.

I hate the cold... In fact I usually fire up the pool heater on Xmas eve, so we can swim on Christmas day
