Agree with a lot of what is said here. The Iconic is great, much better than it got credit for at launch. There were the know-it-all-but-actually-know-nothings who were saying it can't be great because it only has 2 preamp tubes, and a particular dude in the metal community who was making videos about it sucking without having ever played it. Stupid shit like that wasn't helping.
I made a video about using it in a band mix and I found that it's certainly got the headroom and low end needed. Without an EQ in the loop, it will blend with another guitar in a band mix but it has a hard time cutting due to the "cocked wah" mids that the 5150 is known for being removed on this model. All you need to do is put an eq in the loop, which I did, give it a little mid bump and it rips it up with the best of them no problem.
My only gripe with the amp is it is finicky with boosts. Depending on what channel and settings your on, it can get really ugly sounding with a high output overdrive. DOES NOT like tc pre style pedals, but does just fine with sd1/tube screamer types.
overall, I like the amp and have never thought about selling it. I have heard quite a few stories of amp failure with them though, so I guess time will tell! Mine hasn't been turned on in 6 months but neither have a good number of my amps
