I bought some cable from them yesterday. I'll check them out for this stuff.

Thanks!

There is a company that makes a pedal board that has sections you can add or subtract. I think I saw it on this forum. interlocking sections and I think stack able. sorry I cant remember who or where but he had pics also of the proto type. maybe one of the stores like tone merchant I think. might want to send him a pm.

There was one I saw that had these removable metal pieces but I thought it was ugly. Didn't like it. 'preciate the response, though.

this one was all abs and looked clean. sorry it was a month or two ago.

Id go with trailer trash. they look cool and have the wiring underneath. :D

Went with the Pedal Train 32 inch Pro with soft case. Got it for $129 from a place on eBay. Here's a link to the listing for my Furman if anybody is interested:

https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3DSelling

I have also listed it in the classifieds, but detailed info is on the eBay site. I'd let it go to anybody from here for maybe $175.00.

Thanks for all the advice!

:D  :scared:   :worship: :inlove: :student:  :emofag: :grim: :salute:

Lava Cable makes one, http://www.lavacable.com/lavacps.html They ain't inexpensive. Looks like they have a metal frame, so I'm not sure how easily you could change the sizes?

I had a Pedal Pad before I went with rack mounted pedals (until I bought an AxeFX ... LOL). It was heavy, but worked well.

Velcro is useless. I highly recommend the 3M Dual-Lok, you can also get it at Radio Shack under their own name. The pedals will not budge once they are dual locked. That stuff has a fearsome grip. You can also buy a roll of it and just cover the entire board surface, but two little squares will hold a heavy pedal effortlessly.

For Boss pedals, just remove the bottom panel and screw it back on upside down, nice smooth metal surface that will hold the Dual Lock fine. You can always peel the Dual Lock off and return the pedal to its pristine condition that way.

See, it might bother me if it was so hard to remove the pedals- I like re-configuring the thing sometimes. Still, I will probably give it a try.

Thanks!

Wow great Idea!!!!

Use small squares of dual lock, that's all that's needed. You'll be glad you did when you decide to remove anything.

I used dual lock, low-profile, for my new board. It keeps the stack height of the pedals a little bit lower. I used different sized squares depending on the pedal and the location on the board. The low-profile tape is a little less strong than the regular dual lock, but strong enough. My pedals don't ever move.

This reminds me, I need to post some photos of it!

Yes you do. Where did you find the low profile stuff? I get my Dual Lock at Radio Shack.
