Pedals - some opinions please

Have you picked up the micro-amp yet nbarts? I was just curious as to what you thought of it.

I was going to get one, but now I will buy one only if I find it dirt cheap.

MXR M-108 is a great boost, clean, no noise & EQ if you want to shape the sound, it has a lot of headroom, so you don't get clipping or buzzing. It changes the sound just a tiny bit, but nothing to worry about really.
 
yeah, I still don't know why adam jones has the micro amp. I'm pretty sure its used for a signal boost only.
 
I think the reason he runs it is his long pedal chain, I think he looses the signal in that long extravaganza.

I should add a bit more gain, but you'll get the idea
