Pedals you've never heard of that are egregiously expensive

This reverb pedal is so badass honestly. I will make clips if anyone wants, the dipswitches create a million pedals in one...fuck...

Just imagine a pedal so big, that it doesn't go on your pedalboard, it BECOMES your pedal board all the for the cost of around a fender blues junior amp. Introducing the love bomb. Its so good it will make your blues junior sound huge. :) :)

You people should go to The Gear Page effects forum more often. Most of this stuff is common over there.

Spaceman....tried several. Didn't like any of them.

Chase Bliss....tried a few and sound good. But complex to use the full MIDI application. I own a Bliss Factory. Cool pedal but prefer my Fat Fuzz Factory.

As far as the prices go on all this stuff usually it is about flippers more than anything. I don't feel any of them are really worth the money asked.
Yeah, no shit. TGP pedal classifieds is peppered with over priced boutique B.S.

And all the guitars are $500 overpriced because they've been upgraded with Lollar pickups. Fags.

Wow. What is going on there? Are those switches on the side. Holy fuck. You bought this thing? Yeah, you should give us a little demo.
I did not buy it, I borrowed it from a guy I jam with. But your wish for a demo will come true, Im gonna do a couple sound samples this weekend. It's a really cool pedal, there is a lot going on. But for even just traditional reverb sounds, it's great but it's over the top too. I almost feel like it's studio kit more than pedalboard.

Joel Korte the man who started Chase Bliss worked at Zvex. His pedals are analog sound digital controlled. I checked out several of them and they all sounded good.
They look complex with all the switches. But really are fairly easy to learn how to use. Personally I don't think they are over priced.

But they make fairly small runs and the used prices are kind of crazy.
This goes on with pedals more than most gear. Basically the flippers manipulate the price much like the oil and pharmaceutical industry.
My thoughts is fuck these assholes. They suck.

I think that explains a lot. Admittedly, I'm not really a pedal freak. I mean I have my share of pedals and I like messing with them on clean tones etc but some of the stuff I see is cray cray. The oldest and most expensive pedal I have is probably that Russian Big Muff and I don't even use it anymore. It just sits there collecting dust. I should probably sell it on TGP now that I'm a member. I could put a fake Putin signature on it :D

So didn't mean to make fun of anyone with weird expensive pedals. Let's see 'em!

Here is one I own. Prescription Electronics Experience.

I have used over 400 fuzz pedals and this one is in the top 3.

The guy who built them is dead and the used price is $800.

What I love is the chance I would need one of these uber expensive pedals is so infinitesimal I just couldn’t care less…lol For me an expensive pedal is any thing over $150 so when I finally got a Strymon (Flint) it was a big deal…but I don’t regret it, great reverb and great tremolo so felt it was worth it.

I am nothing less than impressed with this reverb. Honestly I wish I could get it in a rack format, it is so fucking versatile. I could make 50 patches with this pedal and use it as everything. There has not been a pedal in years that has impressed me more than this one, I don't wanna give it back.

I don't consider a 1000 any where near a large run. Boss makes millions of pedals.
Boss has certainly made millions of pedals in the last 40 years. When they make a production run of product it's absolutely not a million pedals. Probably more like 5000 units. 1000 pedals at a time is a lot of pedals for a handful of people to make in a room. A typical batch of pedals from a boutique pedal company is maybe 50-100 units.

I love the Chase Bliss designs and business model. Their pedals are not cheap, unconventional, and somewhat involved but I love them. I own the Warped Vinyl (vibrato / chorus) and the Chase Bliss / Meris collaboration: the CXM 1978 reverb (the one with all the mechanized sliders). I enjoy them.

Thanks man.
You should come check it out.
Nothing fancy of course.
Middle of road. Been very happy with every MXR pedal I've had.
The Noise suppressor, Koko boost and 10 band I bought from Maddnotez.
Man, have not seen him around in awhile?
Those are set and forget.
The Bad Monkey is back on the board where the Koko was. I just prefer it.
The Boss Looper I don't know how to use
The TC Electronics MIMIQ now takes up that real-estate. So fun.
