You're right - the facts are in the PM. All the way down to your wife not responding to any of my PM's, being locked out of the online case and running in circles with USPS numbers trying to figure out what to do, the dates, etc.

I have my amplifier. You received my cash for it. The only other person crying about it even to this day is you. And you continue to act in the manner above as if the number of good sales make these irregardless to consider. I also agree this thread is pointless slander bullshit. Which is exactly why it exists.

Actually i expected the amplifier to come from the states. My memory is not clear but either your paypal address or some other address was registered in the states because you are in the military. I had to fill out more paperwork with the claim simply because it was shipped from a military post which is what i found out later on on my own. You never clarified where it was coming from and had family packaging things for you before. What else would i know? I am not a mind reader?

Because the amplifier has a history with it, and the 3 month crap i had to go through with USPS is the reason i know so much about the claims process - which you blow off so easily simply because you excluded yourself from the process.

Seriously, anyone reading this should know that I never intend to screw anyone over and that I have never had a reputation of doing such to anyone... if anyone really has any doubt about me I will talk by phone anytime, share plenty of references that have had positive dealings with me, and take pictures of the whole packing process if you wish step by step to your approval.

pfapin05 tried to fuck me over a couple of years ago on another forum before they booted him out. They busted his ass in a lie and he disappeared for a couple of days before returning under another username. The problem with this guy is that he does some good deals when he wants and fucks other people over when he thinks he can get away with it. He seems to do just enough deals to keep some people on his side. I don't trust him for shit.

I got booted off harmony central for calling someone a faggot and came back under another user name to hurl one more insult his way after getting the boot then got kicked off for that as well, but I never have screwed anyone over there, here, or on the gear page. I remember one day Chad called me four times, maybe five. He started telling me exactly what I was going to do for him, or else. I let him rant on the phone for awhile, then when he took a breath, I asked him if he was done. Then he went on another tirade for about 45 seconds.

At the 2nd break I asked him if he was done. He said no and started on another tirade. I hung up.

He called back, and lit into me again. When he took a breath, I said "When you lose the attitude we'll talk." I got a few four letter words thrown at me, and I hung up again.

The next two times I let the phone ring without answering.

The fifth time he actually stopped screaming long enough for me to say "Chad! Shut up and we'll talk."

But his only solution (15 months after the sale) was to say he wanted me to pay for shipping the speakers back to me, and to refund his full purchase price. Keep in mind this is for speakers he hadn't played, hadn't heard, and he just wanted to upgrade to a different type of Scumback (BlackBacks if I remember correctly).

I told him I wasn't going to pay for his upgrade.

Then he wanted me to sell them to another client, then refund all of his money from that sale.

Then he wanted to sell the speakers he had on eBay, and he would take that money and pay me for his replacement speakers. He admitted that would require a lot of trust on my part to agree to since I would have to ship him the 8 replacement speakers before I got paid from his eBay auction.

Finally I just said "Pack them up, ship them back, and I'll refund you everything but your shipping costs to the mid West, and the 15% restocking fee."

That's when he started crying about "All I wanted was a speaker swap, is that off the table?"

The man doesn't remember every angle of scam he tried with me. Fortunately I took notes.

In the end he shipped back 8 speakers, and had them packed poorly by his uncle. Six of eight were damaged in shipping (bent frames), the other two sounded so bad from being handled with no packing that they needed to be rebuilt to be any good again. Sohe got his insurance money out of Fedex Ground. The Fedex rep had a long email from someone on Chad's side about it.

I got to take 25 pictures for Chad so he could pursue HIS damage claim. Yet it seems Chad wasn't around for glpg80. That doesn't surprise me at all.

So there it is. I'm a bad business man, and Chad is golden...ok? Never again. And you shouldn't deal with him ever. Take my word for it, you'll regret it.

So it goes, after my deployment, I hear about this on a thread over on the gear page and contact you concerned about the speakers which I had not even tested. You and I agreed to have me send them to have you check them, and if they tested out OK then a %15 RESTOCKING charge would be applied and you would give an %85 refund. You sent the step by step instructions for shipping with photos of newspaper for the surrounding packaging, no thanks to you. The whole thing was a nightmare to get through, and even though things worked out with no money lost on my end or yours, still to this day you have a grudge? You are a professional businessman, right... but to me you seem like such an old nagging drama queen who has nothing better to do with his free time except pursue this 2 year old scenario... its pathetic.
