Doh, on the dunce list again. I actually got an e-mail from Alf, I am getting Zendrive as well. It will be cool to do a head to head with the plank cranker... :rock:

Go to https://www.rig-talk.com (the opening page) and you can see a hal9000 generated picture. There's a link to a thread that talks all about it with real pictures and stuff. The "offer" was open for a week or two. We pre-sold 30 total and there aren't any plans to have another round. Sorry about that.

Plank Cranker 21/30 just landed in Arizona. I've got to say, the finish looks great, can't wait to try it out, I will most definitely give it a workout this weekend. I'll try to capture the sparkle and post some pics! :thumbsup:

17/30 is in Boston. Unfortunately, I have a sick toddler, and my amp is in the next room...

Yes, I got the pedal and it looks great! I had a short time to play with the pedal through my Soldano Avenger and it sounds really nice. I compared it to my BB Preamp and it's both quieter and has a different treble cut to it. With both the BB Preamp and Plank Cranker setup, I could dial them to sound very similar as a clean boost, but the treble shift in the PC makes the boost clearer. Also, with the BB Preamp, to keep the same level of bass that the PC produces, I had to adjust the BB's bass control to about 2:00. I also like the spank mode for smooth lead lines over a clean channel and if you crank the gain it starts to sound like the pedal will blow up in a fuzz sort of way, which is pretty nifty. I'll probably use it mostly as a clean boost since it is so quiet. Plus, it's just cool to have a pedal with graphics I designed. :thumbsup:

Well, if you say you aren't selling any more of them, then I'm just gonna have to bust your balls on something that I've been meaning to snap pics of from my rack. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw the graphic, so the next batch, which has to come out now to prevent embarrassment, should be available when?

With my luck its probably sitting in some customs office surrounded by 35 members of a bomb squad that are wondering what kind of nasty bomb that thing is :cry:

I hope it arrives before the long eastern weekend tho....it would be nice to have the additional time for the first plank cranker wankin' :rock:

I fixed it onto my pedalboard three minutes ago.
Killer pedal - replaces my SD-1 and BadMonkey - just Jason's "the Turd" and this.
The Cut thing gives the right bite/attack. I love it, can't wait to use it with the band next time, Chris.
