I completely agree! Very trueIf I said I never plugged into a Blue Doodoo I'd be lying, lol.
Peavey was king in the cess pool I grew up in. Followed closely by Crate.
I still have a BV 4x12 with British V30’s in it. It’s never going anywhere. It came from The String Shoppe on High St.
Was Sammy Hagar using these with Van Halen ?i never actually played a blue voodoo, are they really that terrible??
I thought they were decent sounding for an affordable amp but the build quality made it something I thought was best avoided. I did the buy once, cry once method and got a PCB Marshall which was a Korg product at the time and built to very high standards by comparison.i never actually played a blue voodoo, are they really that terrible??

There was a lot more Cabo-Wabo style designed into the circuit, no doubt.that was the red voodoo, i dont know if there was any difference?
Hell ya !I still have a BV 4x12 with British V30’s in it. It’s never going anywhere. It came from The String Shoppe on High St.
They actually can be decent af . I enjoyed it , the bad part is a certain frequency in the highs that’s hard to get rid of .i never actually played a blue voodoo, are they really that terrible??
A little white electrical tape cleverly laid out on that red tolex and voila "this was one of Eddie's amps"Apparently the main difference in the red and blue was the endorsement deal.
Probably good a time as any to start a rumor EVH used one.
I didn’t think they were bad, I just put the treble to 0 and from there it was decent. I used a 60 watt one for a gig once, I had the volume maxxed, it was just loud enough.i never actually played a blue voodoo, are they really that terrible??
