Another quick clip with me EMG-equipped Schecter Hellraiser Avenger. SM57 at the V30 in the Bogner Uberkab. Bogner Twin Jet Uberschall, 6550's in, Channel One.

Not a fan of EMG's, but that was sick. I take it you're digging the 6550's in there?...

Im going to shamelessly plug my band...again... All songs were recorded using my Twin Jet and ESP Horizon NT2. Cleans were done using a Fender 65 Twin (i think, its my buddies amp) and a Gretsch. There are a couple of other guitars and effects (mxr Carbon copy, Mxr EVH phase 90, some Line 6 stuff etc...) sprinkled throughout but primarily the Uberschall and ESP are the heart and soul of my sound!

Hi guys, here is a new Bogner Uberschall Twin Jet clip. All guitars are recorded through the Bogner with an old secret weapon "Qzone" pedal in front for a little scoop and high mid bump. Guitar is a Warmoth Custom with Homewrecker "Durden" custom humbucker bridge pickup. Mic was a single Beyerdynamic M160 through a Burl B1 preamp, then kissing a MoHog Mofet76, then a top of top from the A-Designs JM3001 EQ.

Thanks for listening,

I guess my taste have changed I love the Shiva clips where as I would have sworn the Uber or 101 would be more my thing.

That clip is a little more on the extreme end of the amp due to the pedal... for the style. Below is a little more indicative of how the amps sounds in a rock context:

Duuude!!! I LOVE this track! I posted it here awhile ago and everybody that heard it went nuts. Sounds SO good!

Live drums or programmed? Did this song go on to become a fully worked out piece?(vocals, etc) Thanks.

These are pretty old, but some of you guys might enjoy them. The first one is a tour of the distortion channel, and the second one is just me messing around with "sunshine of your love". The first part of the second video is the neck pickup turned down. everything else in both of these videos is the bridge pickup wide open. the signal chain for both of these is ZW LP --- ISP Decimator --- Uberschall Rev. 2 --- Uberschall Cabinet. I hope you enjoy them, but please listen to the tone more than the playing...im just an engineer trying to be a guitar player.

Note: sound was recorded with the digital camera's mic, so its not studio-grade, but pretty typical for youtube. that being said, i think the changes heard from adjusting the EQ in the first video still come through well enough for demonstration purposes.

Just browsing this thread and noticed this post. I recently met up with Russell (real cool guy to boot) at one of the HC Ampfests we put together for the KC area. I'm telling you that Uber was my favorite amp there by FAR, and most people shared the same feelings. Other amps there were Mesa Mark series, Marshalls, my Jet City 100H, and Russell's 2ch Mesa Dual Rec. That Uber and that Uberkab together just simply smokes. I played his Uber through my Scumback loaded Soldano cab, and it was a far cry from its mate. You can seriously set the knobs ANYWHERE and you can't find a bad tone. Even with my SE PRS it sounded really, REALLY good. I still think an Ecstasy is the amp I've been longing for, but if I was a strictly metal guy I'd go with that Uber and not look back.
